3qqee may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at registration or at any time thereafter to verify your age. If the required documents are not provided, deposits and withdrawals will be suspended until account verification is complete.

• Any account opened by someone under 18 will be closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Parents can use parental controls to keep their children away from this platform.
• Anyone found to have provided false age information may be subject to legal action.

Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the odds in place at the time of confirmation. In live betting, odds can change every second.

• The minimum bet per wager is ৳10 BDT and the maximum for a single bet is ৳1,00,000 BDT.
• If a match or event is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be voided and the staked amount refunded.
• If a match does not progress to the scheduled point in play, official results will be used to settle in-play bets.
• 3qqee reserves the right to void any bet confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent advantage is proven, all winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to arbitrage using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once per account. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being terminated.

• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
